Lindsay Smith Grubb is a 4-time Emmy Award-winning television producer and writer with broad industry experience, including 13 years at NBC’s TODAY Show in New York City. She has additional television development and producing experience at ABC’s World News with Diane Sawyer and MTV Networks. She has also worked in corporate environments overseeing multimedia and content partnerships.
Lindsay has a keen understanding of mass audience appeal. In 2020, she founded TillCo Media Group and works with executives and companies on personal brand management; media training; executing large, multifaceted remote and on-location projects; keynote speeches; video and digital content productions; and podcast development.
At the TODAY Show, Lindsay produced some of the show’s biggest live concerts and celebrity interviews, including Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Adele, Tony Bennett, Sting, Angelina Jolie, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Morgan Freeman. She also traveled to the Olympic Games in Salt Lake City and Athens with Katie Couric, the Cannes Film Festival, the 44th Super Bowl, the election and inauguration of President George W. Bush, the funeral of President Ronald Reagan, and the September 11th remembrances, among many other national assignments.
A native of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Lindsay graduated from Santa Clara University. She lives in Dallas with her husband and two children.

Darren Grubb is a veteran strategic communications and public relations professional with diverse experience across sectors, including high-profile roles at The White House and the U.S. Department of Commerce, and at Citigroup during the global financial crisis.
Before co-founding TillCo, Darren was Senior Vice President of Communications for the Dallas Regional Chamber, one of the largest business organizations in the nation. Earlier in his career, Darren served as Chief of Staff for Communications and Government Relations at Bloomberg LP in New York City, and as Director of Executive Communications and head speechwriter at Citigroup. Darren spent six years in Washington, DC, including communications roles at The White House and as Deputy Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he was a speechwriter and senior counselor for Secretary Donald L. Evans.
Upon leaving government service in 2005, Darren joined the bipartisan government relations firm Bryan Cave Strategies supporting a roster of notable clients, including Anheuser-Busch, Northwest Airlines, Shell Oil, Union Pacific, TechNet, and pro bono client The ONE Campaign, founded by Bono of U2.
Darren is co-author of Tom Dreesen’s bestselling celebrity memoir, Still Standing: My Journey from Streets and Saloons to the Stage, and Sinatra (Simon and Schuster/Post Hill Press, 2020). He has served as a board member for SMU’s School of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs, VisitDallas, and Wings for Warriors.
